I got this to add some light under my desk. I often find myself under my desk working on my PC. I open the case up, install parts, remove parts, etc. I'm alwasy tweaking something. Usually when I'm working on the PC I get my phone out and use the light on there. But when I am trying to work, holding my phone in one hand or trying to prop it up is usually just an annoyance. I ended up install this light under my desk using the provided magnetic brackets. This turned out to be a great idea as I would simply turn on the light and it would flood the area under my desk with either color or white light. I typically stick to white since that seems to illuminate best. However, sometimes I use one of the the other colors because I'm in a fun mood. I like the fact that the light is diffused.
I have a closet in a loft bedroom and the ceilings are only 6 feet high which is convenient for installing this light in the closet. It was mostly charged when I received it and only had to charge for another hour. The motion detector ("auto" on the switch option) feature works well since it only turns on when I open the closet door and shuts off about 30 seconds after I close the door. I like that it has a battery indicator. Some tips: 1. Take off the blue film that is on the brackets so your light magnets attach better 2. Slide the brackets onto the light as if it were installed so you know where the magnets attach best. 3. Take off the backing from the double adhesive on the brackets while still attached to the light 4. Attach the brackets wherever you desire with the light still attached by pushing the whole assembly against the surface you desire and holding for a minute 5. Remove the light and the brackets should now be perfectly aligned on the surface of choice
LEPOTEC is offering a good product at a good price with this "under cabinet" LED light strip. It comes with a charging cord and magnetic mounting hardware. Unlike similar products, this feature-rich bar has RGB LED lights. The colors are bright, clear and fun. You only get one strip in this package, but it's still a good deal. The light bar has a sensitive motion sensor feature -- plus, it comes with a quality app. While many of these apps aren't worth the download trouble, I found that this app is really useful. With the app, you can really put the color capability to use. There are dozens of lighting modes, including strobe, glowing, flashing and smooth color cycling. All in all, I really like this product. It's not easy to find a well-made, motion sensing light bar with the RGB options and other features you get with this LEPOTEC.
I love this light for under my desk in my studio. Plus the fact it connects to an app for limitless possibilities is awesome! I love it!
Overall I do like this light - it is bright and the motion sensor works like other under cabinet lights that I've had in the past. It came almost fully charged but I still used the included USB-C cable to fully charge it. I did not use the included mounting brackets because I stuck it under my range hood (the device itself is magnetic). Using this method it held really well... the included brackets seem like they can either be adhered or drilled into a wooden surface if needed. I am am sure you could use some form of velcro on this device also to get it to stick well. The light has a basic on/off/auto motion setting... I think the motion setting works pretty well even mounted under my range hood. There is also a button to scroll through the colors if you do not wish to use the app.
I ordered this ‘LEPOTEC 1 Pcs RGB LED Wall Light’ to under the kitchen cabinet in our motorhome. I figured it would serve as a nightlight of sorts. This ‘LEPOTEC 1 Pcs RGB LED Wall Light’ is actually very bright. I like that you can choose the various brightness levels or color temperatures on it. It has a lot of light options.
I'm giving this a gift for Xmas but wanted to play with it to see if it was legit before I gave it to someone. I liked it so much I ordered another for myself, haha. I have a lot of LED's in my place and most are red and white, but then I have some that are multi color and this can fit in any room now since you can change said color on it. It comes packaged well with 2 magnetic holder and USBC charger cable which is nice it up to the times with charging inputs. I posted a quick video of working in a spot since I cannot use the magnetic holder since this one is a gift. But I already have an idea for where to put it.

I am using these as night lights. I am totally satisfied with the quality and the sharp colors. There is an app that controls the colors and brightness. One of them is being used as a motion sensing nightlight in the van. It is just what we needed. The motion detection works well and it does not stay on for an extended time. Perfect for our use. I would buy these again.

Good quality, works well with motion but app is no good. Lights are very bright and is able to be dimmed. Remote control feature via app is not reliable. So if you're buying for the app feature, don't waste your time but if you need a good motion light this a good option.

I really love that I can choose the color I want, I have it above my kitchen sink and it puts off enough light to where I don't need to turn on any additional lights at night when I do something at the sink. I do have a few others that turn on as well, but it does a great job of covering that small area.
These lights are bright and excellent colors.. easy to install. 3 for the price is excellent deal. with magnets that stick to anything they can basically go anywhere. The batteries go a long time and the remote let's them last a lot longer.. the remote let's u control and connect the lights anywhere u like

Small and unobtrusive, but puts out good light. I like that you have options for colors, etc. I keep it plugged into a charger because my set up in the kitchen supports it without wires showing.

These things are awesome and this one is better! First, I use these under counter lights everywhere. They stay charged so well, I only charge them up 2-3 times a year and this one has additional features in that it can connect to your phone and change colors! Most of the time I just use these for soft white or bright white light in or under cabinets, but those one gives you the option of custom colors which would be great for display cases or if you wanted to use the red to preserve night vision. Great product and awesome quality. Installation is literally just attaching these metal stickers to the magnets on the light, peeling off the adhesive backing, and pushing the light onto whatever surface you want it. Then to charge it will just pull the light off easily leaving the mount in place to put it back when you're done charging. Excellent gift idea!
Friends all say, I have an LED problem, because I'm always looking for the next best application. I think I found it in this product. I have an area of the house where the step down is not very noticeable, especially at night. I did not want a simple white light there, and in finding this product with its multi color, options is a perfect solution for the problem. Having it in an area where the rumba vacuum sets off the motion sensor many times during the week, the charge in the light has lasted over a month before it needed a charge. It is very well constructed, and sleek and slim. I have purchased for more since the first one for other areas. Don't hesitate you'll love this one.
Pros: - Rechargeable - Bright - Several Colors - Light Diffuser - Sleek Look - Motion sensor - "Happy Lighting" app gives much more functionality - Magnetic back (and double sided tape metal pieces) Cons: - Without app, the light isn't nearly as functional - Without app, can't get the light to output only warm white, may not be a big deal for your uses - Without app, Not many light "modes" and they aren't very useful (more info below) - without app, can't change brightness level (as far as I can tell) Overall I like this light for all of the pros listed above. Having a night bright, rechargeable, color changing, motion sensor light is pretty spiffy. The light comes out of a nice diffuser that keeps the light smooth and without harsh edges (which is always a complaint of mine). The light gives you a charge level for the battery which is very handy, and the USB-C charging is great for many reasons. The magnetic back is very handy; plus it even comes with some metal pieces with double-sided tape so you can have it just about anywhere. However sometimes you just want a solid warm white color and the only way to do that is to use the app. With the app (which uses Bluetooth to connect to the light) the light has many more modes, colors, and functions. Side note: I'm very impressed with the response time of the light when changing the settings from the app, very fast. It's pretty easy to use. I didn't want to have to install an app to use more features of this light but I wanted to have a useful review. I would imagine many people are like me in that regard as well; not wanting yet another app to forget about, on my device, that may or may not be gathering my data. Here are just some of the features of the app: brightness level change, color wheel color selection, several fading and flashing modes, microphone response (not entirely sure how it works, seemed pretty erratic when I tried it), music response (did not try), timer modes. With the app the light is much more fun and useful. Overall my main complaint is that this light isn't functional enough without the app. With the app my only complaint is there doesn't seem to be a preset color for warm white.

I haven't figured out where I want to place this light, but I will say that it is super bright.I've turned it on and tried out the different molds and colors, and they're so bright and beautiful. This will definitely light up the room wherever I decide to place it. It's not too big and bulky. It's just the right size to illuminate an area nice and bright.
Absolutely love this! Easy to use. Love the adjustable brightness. It feels very solid and well made. I have it stuck to the side of my PC because it's magnetic and fits on the side of the case. When I walk in the room at night, it automatically lights up for several seconds so I can get to my PC and turn on my light! Oh, I love that it has a battery built in. When I use the motion function, it lasts several weeks on a single charge!
I'm quite happy with the light itself, it has good sensitivity and the ability to select different colors is a bonus. I looked at the app, and decided not to download it, since I was able to pick a good color just by using the button on the light. I don't recall a remote control, but I have a drawer full of them so it might be mixed in with the lot of them. I've been using the light for about 3 weeks and still haven't charged it since the first time. I walk through the area 1-2 times per day and it's still 2/4 dots powered (call it 50%?). If you have a specific need for a specific colored light in an area - or of you want to be able change the color, it's a nice light.
I installed this into the privacy cover of my hatchback, as the OEM lighting in the trunk of the car is entirely inadequate and I frequently found myself having to use my cell phone flashlight to try and dig through the trunk while searching for anything. Setting this into the bright white color and onto the auto mode has been a lifesaver in this regard. It’s very bright and I find it comes on perfectly each time I open the trunk, so I’m not worried that it’s wasting battery while the trunk is shut. Overall, this has been a great addition to my trunk area and I’m confident it would be perfect for any space you have that is needing more light. I highly recommend this product.
