Payment Methods 

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, JCB and PayPal. Upon successfully completing the payment transaction, we will process the order within two business days. All sales taxes are included in the sales price. 


Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping 

We provide FREE US standard shipping. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after orders have been made and payment is cleared. 

International Shipping

We provide free international shipping:

Please note the following conditions on all international orders:

  • As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products you purchase. 
  • If your order is refused delivery by customs for any reason, Lepotec shall not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. 
  • If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. 

Return Policy 

Lepotec strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. Our products are of high quality, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. For product returns the customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be pre-approved by Lepotec and accompanied by a copy of the order return form. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. Lepotec reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return.

Lepotec enjoys an unsurpassed reputation in the industry of lighting, lighting supplies and lighting services.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are: 

• Missing or invalid order ID, or receipt #. 

• Returned more than 30 days after delivery 

• Returned without authorization 

How will the customer receive their refund?
We can only credit towards the original payment method and cannot credit to an alternative payment method.

How long until the customer receives their refund?
The customer will receive their refund within 24 to 48 hours after we have received the returned product/order.


Replacement

All products offered by Lepotec receive a 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty! This information is listed on our website within the Product Features of each product.  We offer free replacements of any defective or non-operational item purchased within 15 days from the original purchase date. After 15 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacement(s).

How to contact us for replacement?

If there is any manufacture defective issue or operating issue with your products, please email us at lepotecshop@gmail.com or you can click on Contact Us and fill in the contact form with brief description of the issue you are encountering. Our CSRs will verify the order information, warranty information and walk you through troubleshooting steps first. If the issue cannot be solved by troubleshooting, the customer service representative will provide the replacement instruction.
