Easy to install and save my money on batteries. The 54 led light strip is pretty bright.

Perfect for laundry room! Will order more for basement.

EASY TO INSTALL.......LOVE THE MOTION DETECTOR FEATURE AND NO BATTERIES!!
DOWBAY!
Over the years have had *MANY such sensor-type ON units like this... THIS ONE WORKS!! and Seems to work for a long time before needing recharging! Thats a pleasant surprise.
BUY 2! WHY? Mount one. Leave the 2nd plugged in, charging - as reserve. Battery finally dies down on the first - grab the spare; Pop right in via magnetic hold (easily removable)... Plug the dead one LIKE A CELL PH. (Cool!), to start recharging, so its ready when needed again one day... DONE! NO DOWN TIME!! FAST! EZ!! THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE!! : ))

Fabulous light. I have struggled for years with battery operated lights that just give a dim light to a small portion of my pantry. These two MOTION SENSOR lights light up my pantry beautifully.....they turn on when I reach into the pantry and light everything and turn off 20 seconds after motion stops. They are PERFECT!!!! Many of the lights on the market are motion activated night lights but these work by motion alone and are not affected by the amount of light already available. Since my pantry is a "closet" in my kitchen there is always some light which would prevent night light types from working but these are great. I love them so much I am ordering a second set for my upstairs linen closet! Wish I had discovered these eight years ago when I bought my new home! The light is also bright without being glaring or harsh. Simple to install....just peel and stick the magnetic strip and attach the light. Best feature.....they are rechargeable so no more constant buying of new batteries. They are the perfect solution!

I really like these lights. I had a problem with one, contacted the seller, and he sent out a replacement quickly. Can't ask for better customer service than that!
We just had a sky light removed from our kitchen ceiling, which makes the kitchen much darker. I placed these under a couple of the kitchen cabinets, so when we walk in, they come on. They add a very warm and homey look to the kitchen, and also light up the counter tops when I'm working on something. I've recharged them using the ubs port on my laptop. The magnetic back plate is easy to install, just add the adhesive pads included and stick it where you want it. Make sure you know where you want it, though, because the pads really stick and won't come loose. Once it's installed, the light just sticks to it and comes on when it senses movement. Lots of times I just wave my hand by one if I want it one longer than it stays on. There's a little switch on the end of each light so you can switch it from motion detected to on all the time, and also to the off position. The light can be removed from the magnetic plate very easily to recharge. All in all, these are a great idea, and I plan on getting more for our travel trailer, which we will be using without electricity from time to time. These will come in very handy.

I had a different brand previously and the motion function didn't work after about 1 yr. 9 months and there wasn't a warranty other than 1 year and when I looked at ordering again it was not available any longer. I found this brand and glad I did. Particularly, I love the function where the motion will not activate during the day if there's sufficient light (there's a black tape you remove for that function). I suspect I will not have to charge nearly as often as it doesn't go on during the day. Also, there is a limited lifetime warranty that came with it. A real no-brainer. I may purchase another set to just have on hand. Great product!

Extremely useful and versatile. I have eight of these now (will probably get more). They are wonderful for closets, or automatic night-lights for stairways, bathrooms, hallways, etc. When used as a night-light, it has a light sensor so it won't turn on if it's not needed. Also useful as a flashlight or small work-light. They hold a charge really well, and when they do need to be recharged, charges from dead in 10-15 minutes on a 2-amp charger. Standard USB charging port allows you to use your existing phone chargers (which we have all over the house anyway).

Like these lights and brand because of the ease to move from one location to another on kitchen appliances to metal door. Has a nice solid smooth case with the magnet built into it’s casing not like most of the other brands. Seems to have a longer charge life and better cell sensor and wider light area. My only regret is I didn’t buy more but plan on buying at least 6 more of this style. I did buy the other style for my closets and seems to work well but really like the solid magnetic style to easily move to another location if I need to.

This light fits my needs perfectly! I don't like lights on while I am sleeping, I purchased these so my wife can leave the bedroom and use the bathroom without turning on the overhead lights. these lights work perfectly! they have a soft glow, they are very bright, I had to cover several of the LED's on the light in the bedroom and it was still bright enough to allow safe movement. the magnetic bracket is a great system and can be applied numerous ways. this light does need to face the direction of movement, I was hoping to face the lights down towards the ground and have it detect movement from the side of the light, but I was able to find a happy medium to install it where it worked well. The mini usb charger works with the typical phone charger, no batteries!

In fact I ordered another pair. I put two in my closet where it's just a little too dark to see my clothes on the two sides. They light up my clothes perfectly. Plus when I get up in the middle of the night they automatically turn on (if your closet is open and you're 4 feet or less away as I am.) and serve as a nightlight, then turn off automatically a few seconds after I'm back in bed. Then I ordered two more-- put one in my hall pantry which doesn't get much light. And I put the other one on my headboard (took off "motion activated" and use just on/off switch) for reading in bed. Easy to install: just put the tape (included) on the metal bars and stick to wall. The light device then adheres as a magnet to the metal bar for easy on/easy off for recharging.

Ideal for stairs, especially if you work long into the night. Rather than turning on the overhead lights, they detect your presence, and only light up long enough for you to find your way back to bed. Still too bright, since I don't need to read with them, just make it through the room, but they're reasonable.
The fact they're recharagable is a godsend, otherwise I'd be replacing batteries left and right. Since I only use them for a few seconds each trip up or down the stairs, one charge lasts for several weeks.
One note, do NOT place them midway down the stair, and you'll continually knock them off. The instructions don't suggest anything, but they need to go either on the side, or under the step overhang where they're protected. Once they're attached, you'll never be able to move the metal strip again without a blowtorch (hair dryers won't do it).

I was surprised when I opened the box to see how SMALL these are! They're only 7.4 inches long. When I looked at their advertised measurements, I thought they were in centimeters. They're in millimeters! (which is highly unusual, don't you think?). I received them today and am not sure if they're going to fit my needs due to their size. The motion sensors work just fine. I tried holding the lights in the area I want them to illuminate (our hall pantry); they give off OK light. Nothing to write home about. I'd have to buy a whole lot more because they're so small, and I'm not willing to do that for my pantry. Maybe we'll use them somewhere else. I just wanted everyone to make sure to check the measurements.

I have these about 1' off the ground throughout the house. They work really well & are nice & bright. Easy to add more or move them someplace else. Nice that you can recharge them using USB

My husband called an electrician to install under counter lighting at our lake home and when I heard the price, we started looking for another option. These lights caught my attention and as I read reviews I was impressed so ordered 2 to see if they might do the trick. I am so impressed and excited to have them - I installed them myself and they are just perfect. I ordered more and now have sensor lights in a hall closet in our home. One of the lights took a lot longer to charge than the others so I'm hoping that was isn't a problem light. Also, I have learned the different settings and did remove the black cover so they only go on when it is dark enough to need them. It takes awhile to figure out the settings but a few tries and you'll have it the way you want. So far I give them 5 stars with no hesitation.

I bought this because where I keep my two litter boxes, the overhead light (yes, I know cats can see in the dark) burned out. I am unable to reach the florescent light to replace it. So I bought this and put it where every time the cats go into the closet to do their business the light goes on. It works really well. It's bright and stays on long enough for them to do their business then turns off by itself when no movement is detected. The BEST part is that when the light drains power (after a while), I just use the USB charger and it charges fully in about 20 minutes. I keep both fully charged so that when one dies out, I just lift it off the magnet (which is attached to the door frame of the closet with sticky tape - included) and easily put the other fully charged light on the metal magnet and I'm all set to go. Even when I find a tall person who can reach the ceiling light to replace it, I will still use these because it's so convenient.

I'm upgrading to 5 stars. not giving too much info but for a handicapped person in my household, these have been a such a great thing!
I would thank the company for doing such a good job.
I have 4 of these, all doing well for over a year. I ordered some more from another brand and they are horrible.
these came on sale and I bought 4 more sticks - brighter ones (more leds). the ones we have are bright enough but more light is better for where we are using them. Once again, highly recommend these. I hope the more led model is just as good as these have been.
I have to charge 1 time a month, or every 3 weeks ... but its easy to do.
///
very good. not sure how long the charge will last - that depends on where you put it.
I wish it had a shorter on time as an option. this would make it last longer. like 10 sec, 20 sec, 1min.. or 5 sec, 10 sec, 20 sec.
seems well made. if this lasts for a few more months I will buy some more for the closets.

The light that actually works is fantastic. Perfect amount of light and detects the appropriate amount of motion at a few feet away.
Unfortunately the second light barely detects motion at all. I have to violently wave my hand directly in front of the sensor for it to turn on. I've tried repositioning and even swapped places with the working light. Still doesn't detect motion more than 1-2 inches away.
I have these a few feet apart and when I'm trying to get the faulty one to turn on, the working one will switch on even when my hand is about 5 ft away.
There's clearly a fault with the sensor. I'm hoping to get this replaced and will update then, but until then 2 stars for only receiving half my order.
Update: Seller was very responsive and replaced the broken light without hassle.

Excellent product. I installed in my Tv stand cabinets and works perfectly for my purpose. What I really appreciate is the customer service. I bought two sets of the lights and when I had trouble securing one of the lights to my cabinets I advised them and they sent a replacement, quickly, no questions asked. The replacement as with the other set worked flawlessly. I appreciate a company that stands behind it's product with excellent service and is responsive and appreciative of customer feedback. I love how the lights have transformed my cabinet and make it easy for me to see my fast Bluray collection and no love that the lights are rechargeable and bright and easy to install. All in all a win win for me. Don't hesitate to buy these.

I've been searching for light options to go under my kitchen cabinets as another option to spending a lot of money for an electrician to install lights and/or avoiding cutting into my cabinets. These work fabulously and the best part is they are rechargeable so you aren't spending money on batteries. They operate on sensors so they only come on when needed or you do have the option to turn them on if you need them lit for an extended period time. They are very cool looking as well!

These cabinet lights are excellent value. I bought 4 packs (8 lights total) to light up the wall closet in my bedroom. They aren't the brightest LED lights, but that's partly because I opted for the warm color light version which creates a very nice natural looking light. For larger areas, I just used 2 lights side by side. The motion sensor isn't as sensitive as some other LED stick on lights I've used in the past, but they do light up when I enter the closet. I recommend keeping the black sticker on - with the sticker removed, the lights won't light up if there's any ambient light. The package comes with everything you need: the lights, the metal plate, stickies to mount the metal plate, and short USB cables to charge the lights. The lights arrived partially charged and took only 20 mins or so to get up to full charge.

These lights are great, we don’t want wires hanging under kitchen cabinets as ours are the older kind that don’t have holes drilled for the wires to hide inside. There are a lot of wireless lighting in the market which use batteries and it can be a big burden. These lights use UBS charging which is green for environment on cut out the use of batteries and green for my wallet for no need to purchase batteries. I placed both lights under the cabinets in the kitchen, mainly for my husband who works night shift and these lighting are perfect when he comes home. We have use the lights for about a month and only charged once when we received them, they are still bright. The charging time was approximately 1 and half hour. The warm color matched the lighting in our house which fits in beautifully. We are very happy with our purchase and thinking to buy more for other areas.

These are great! They WORK, are bright, attractive if they are showing but also easy to hide. EASY to grab and move somewhere else and great for an EMERGENCY as you can just grab them and move them where they are needed if the power is out. They are magnetic and come with stickers and metal plates. Rechargable so no wasting money on batteries. So happy with these. Bet they'd be great for camping, too. I used mine for my closet and liquor cabinet. Very pleased. Ordering more.

I have been looking for some lights that I could use for under my cabinets and I came across these. I didn't realize when I bought them that they were rechargeable; yes, rechargeable. Comes with charger to charge both at the same time which the picture shows that I posted. The third picture shows the metal strip that sticks to the cabinet then magnitize to the light. You can adjust them to stay on or use as motion setting which is what I use so that you wouldn't have a continous lighting. I can get several weeks out of the charge just depends how much you walk by. The lighting is bright enough to were we don't have to turn on the kitchen light. I have a total of 4 one set under each cabinet. I have to say I don't regret buying this item!!!! I would recommend to anyone looking for something quick and easy. The product came packaged very well and on time.

These motion sensor lights are fantastic .. I ended up buying more. We received them and charged them immediately with the provided USB cords. Within two hours, they were fully charged, indicated by a green light. The peel and stick adhesive isn't exactly 3M grade, but still strong enough to withhold the lightweight material of the lights. They are simple to install and attach easily to the magnetic strip. Just stick, place, adhere to the magnet and you're good to go. There are three settings .. off/on/G -- the G being the sensor or motion activated light.
We placed ours under the cabinets in our kitchen which have about a 2" lip from the bottom. The sensor had no issue picking up the motion. They stayed on during the time we were in the vicinity of the sensor and went off approx 20 seconds after no activity.
I highly recommend these. Definitely worth the price. The only downside is a remote would be nice .. but that's just me being lazy :)

My closet has no lighting in it - I rent ok, I can't make lighting decisions. I bought a metal closet rack system which turned out great, see my previous review. And these lights just snap to it and turn on when I open my closet!! They don't turn on for my cat, which is a plus because god knows what he's doing in there when I sleep. They turn off fairly quickly, so that's my only complaint - though there's probably some setting somewhere that I'm too lazy to check to fix.
Every time these turn on I am reminded of what a good purchase this was. They are rechargeable too, so I don't feel like a horrible person burning through batteries so I can see my clothes hoard.
Things I like: Magnetic and snaps to clothing organizing system, turns off by itself, rechargeable, my cat can't turn them on.
Things I don't like: short time on, I don't like blue light LEDs and these are a bit blue/white/daylightish.

Bought these lights to use under the microwave/over the stove in our RV when we are dry camping. The over stove light in the microwave only works when connected to electricity, but we dry camp a lot and need light to see what we are cooking. These lights stick to the metal underside of the microwave and hold tight even during travel. The charge has so far lasted for a week-long trip of daily use (still shining brightly), and I keep the second one charged and in the drawer for a quick swap out when the battery in the one I’m using finally wears down and needs recharging. Great product and perfect for this application!

My armoire has been a dark and dreary spot until these awesome little lamps came into my life. While undertaking the KonMari Method of tidying (start with clothes first!), I found that I needed some sort of way to be able to see what exactly was in my clothing storage. I was going to get one of those "tap light" things but they really didn't spark any joy. After all, the whole point was to be able to open my armoire and be able to see right away. After a brief search online, I came across a two-pack of USB charging, magnetic strip holding, motion sensing lights!
Once they arrived. I proceeded to install them and it took less than 5 minutes for both. Including a couple of minutes of me debating which place to put them.
The packaging they came in was very sturdy. Nice cardboard box and each lamp came with it's own micro USB cable for charging. I put both cables in one box so they wouldn't get lost but we have zillion of those types of cables so I'm not too worried.
I was a little concerned before they arrived as to how they would attach to my furniture, but I shouldn't have worried at all. The lamps come with a metal strip and self adhesive pads to attach the strip anywhere. If I were worried about removing them permanently, I'd have used Command Strips to attach them rather than the included ones. As it was, I only used half of the strips total for both lamps since they weren't going to be handled much. The install was super fast and easy. Peel, stick, press, done.
The motion sensors work just great and the timers work as advertised as well. A 20 second shut off after the last motion is sensed makes sure your battery power doesn't get wasted. I don't know when I'll have to recharge them since they are LEDs and draw nearly no power.
I highly recommend these. For the price, they can't be beat!

These are fantastic. We moved into a new apartment, with lots of closets that have built in wire shelving. But no lights in them. These are perfect, as the magnets allow them to easily stick to the underside of the shelves, and the light just comes on when you open the door. It's bright enough that you can see your clothes, but not so bright that it would wake up someone still sleeping in the room. I love that they're rechargeable, too. Though, we've had them for almost a month and haven't had to charge them yet.
Viral Shah
It works well as advertised. The motion sensing works correctly by turning on the lights on when it senses motion.
Charge lasts good few weeks before you have to recharge. I like it that it doesn't require batteries, and have USB connection to charge.
Lights are great/bright enough to light up a big hallway or even a walk in closet enough. so you don't tumble over in dark :)
would recommend to others.

I'm going with my first impression and if that changes, so too will my review. I. Love. These. I bought them for the two most frequently used shelves in my RV pantry. I was tired of knowing that I packed something, but not being able to see into the deep, dark, depths of the pantry. I decided to go with the rechargeable lights because who wants to worry about lugging around batteries? Also, I live in the desert and my RV is stored in the desert. This means that during the hottest months, I have to unload every item that could possibly be affected by the heat in between each trip. Frankly, batteries are just one more thing I'd have to remember to remove or risk them leaking their inner goo. I charged the lights and put them up on Saturday and spent a good deal of the weekend opening the pantry door every time I walked by just to see them come on. Before attaching them, I used painter's tape to secure them where I felt I wanted them to be placed in order to see if they'd turn on. Once I was satisfied with the locations, I put the permanent magnetic strip in place. They both come on with no trouble when I open the pantry door. Every once in a great while, the one on the lower shelf will hesitate before it brightens. Maybe it didn't sense my movement right away? Anyhow, I love these and there are no longer any deep, dark niches in the pantry. Well, except on the shelves without lights. Guess what I'm buying after finishing this review? Two more, baby!
P.S. If there is any reason that I would want to deduct stars, I'll be back.

I had previously purchased four of these lights for a large semi-walk-in closet which had no celling light. Worked like a charm.
We decided to place another two of them under our kitchen cabinets; I noticed they had two with black frames, so I ordered those.
Unfortunately there was a lack of clarity in the description I read that with the black frames I was getting "Warm White" lights instead of the previous ones with just "White" lights.
I wrote to TOCTA-US regarding the fact that after living with the "Warm White" lights compared with the "White" lights we had in the closet, that we really would prefer having the much brighter "White" lights with the silver frames (even though in a different application the "Warm White" lights would work quite well).
They wrote back, and by then already had sent two new "White" lights with the silver frames. END OF DISCUSSION.
I've dealt with a lot of companies in my work life, and have rarely had a company handle a solution as QUICKLY and as EASILY as TOCTA-US did with us.
That's what I call "A+" service and BENDING ONESELF BACKWARDS to please a customer. I'm 100% SATISFIED, to say the least!!!
HopelessRomantic
I'm not quite sure where to start I am ssooooooo excited about these! I have recommended them to all my co workers
1. Easy to install, no wires, no screw driver
2. No batteries, these have a USB charge that is just perfect! and I charge min about once a month for one onces that I use most often in my kitchem. The ones in my closet I charge every 2 months.
3. Very sleek and modern looking! great brushed sliver!

I am SO HAPPY with this purchase. I wanted undermount kitchen lights but didn't want to deal with wiring
I found these and thought I'd try. I love that they are rechargeable and come in a 2 pk. I ordered the 1st set and immediately came back for a second. I use the motion setting and it's perfect. You get 20 seconds of light which is enough to grab a snack, drink or something quickly. And it's the right amount of light so it casts really well.. Not too much or too little.
Cons: the charger in the box is 4inches.. Silly and not functional. Luckily any standard USB will do and full charge is around 40 minutes. I recommend a full charge before installing.
The metal plate is thin and strong. The adhesive is equally durable and sticks well to the underside of my wood cabinets.
If you need undermount lighting, GET THESE LIGHTS!! I highly recommend them.
MissBliss73
I bought these because there is no light over my sink and I prefer one. I promptly put them to charge once I received them and I think it only took an hour or so before they were glowing Green which means fully charged. I placed on over my sink and one under the corner cabinet near the doorway. They are nice and bright, the light is diffused very well so it isn't a shock to your eyes. I have them both set on motion detection. The one by the door pops on providing a nice night light on my way to the restroom. They are wonderful lights! The only thing I would change is the size of the switch which is very small if you were to want to turn them off and on at your discretion. Leaving them in the G/motion position is no issue.
LQZ
I usually wait a while before I write a product review, but I just can't wait on this one. It's perfect for my apartment and just what I needed! The light itself has a magnet in the back, so you can stick it on anything metal. Otherwise, it comes with a sticker and metal bar for you to put it anywhere you want.
Function:
-It has three modes, "ON", "OFF", "G".
-"G" is where you would keep it if you want it to turn on when motion is detected. Very responsive so far. It does not turn on when the light in the room is on. However, if your room light is very dim, then it will stay on. It stays on for about 20 seconds.
Brightness:
- I left one on the top of my door frame in my small bathroom, and I don't even need to turn on the light if I just need to grab something quick.
I am very satisfied with this product, and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a night light.

FIRST - CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a light (within the pair) that didn't work on the motion activated position and shared that with TOCTA-US. A fast response gave me some helpful education and a request that I try in different circumstances. I wrote back that it stayed the same but that I realized I could use the one unit without that option and be happy - no need to exchange. They sent a full replacement anyway. Who does that? For this reason alone you've found a company you'll like having a relationship with. That's extra good because you'll likely buy more of these lights, if not for you, as gifts.
I ALREADY PLAN TO BUY MORE because they're so useful. I get up in the wee hours of the morning. I want softer lights when I get up and these are portable to either attach in multiple places or set down somewhere helpful as I move about.
They're useful in corners of the kitchen - their usefulness is extensive.
MAGNETIC ATTACHMENT, rechargeable, long life (about 8-10 hours of regular use) before charging, a charging cord for each unit (2 come in the set), and 7 1/2 inches long make these favorable for many situations.
TWO OPTIONS to increase their usefulness:
1) Yellow bandana wrap for that soft gold glow to make it easy on my eyes. (Cut bandana to fit around unit, use children's glue to seal the long sides. Ends stay open in a soft taco wrap). It slides in and out and still works with the magnet. Love it.
2) Velcro the magnetic plate. That way, I can put the magnetic plate in multiple locations. The light has no velcro so I can easily remove the light and use it anywhere, anytime, without the velcro. This allows me to still connect the light to metal shelves, the car, etc. The velcro is only on the magnetic strip and in the places I'll want that light temporarily - such as where I charge the light.

These are the BEST new gizmo I have seen AND own since my car!! We have had a problem for the entry way into my 102 year old outside entrance to my basement that leads to the door of a finished side being a completely blind experience for 19 years. For the first time, it is so simple. My washer and dryer are also lit so I can get to the lights and pull the string before they time out. I am going to buy a set a month so this will be the bathroom nightlight, under cupboard lights and will turn on as I reach there to be active!! Pantry light (another string debacle, same for 2 more rooms. They don’t like cold. I set it on stay on, but it began to use up the internal long lasting charge rapidly. Even after I brought it to the basement and bought a motion detector light bulb for back porch, the bar would loose power sooner. But something I find very magical happened. The bar’s battery life recovered!!! Recommend to charge 4 hours a week. We forget a week here or there.

Used them to light up the deep cabinets in our RV pantry. Works like a charm. They light up when the pantry door opens, and there's more than enough light to see all the way to the back of the pantry (~3ft deep) We've been using them for ~10 days now without re-charging them, so that's very promising! I just bought a second set to use in the washer/ dryer cabinet.

This is a wonderful idea. The lamp adheres magnetically to any ferrous surface (steel or iron) and the batteries are rechargeable. When the lamp grows dim, it can be easily removed from its metallic base and the batteries can be recharged from a computer USB port (cables included). Or you can use an I-phone charger. A stick-on metallic base is included with each lamp. However, since I don't trust stick-ons, I made up my own steel plates that I can screw onto a wood surface. I've lighted two basement closets, an unlighted stairwell landing, and I am going to install a unit in my outdoor shed. The light turns on when it senses a sentient being (moi) and turns off about 20 seconds after the door is closed. These are not the most brilliant stars in the firmament, but they provide sufficient light to see what's in a dark basement closet.

These are the best!! love that they have a rechargeable battery. I looked into many options for under kitchen cabinet lighting and I went with these. They work great! I love the motion sensor it took a little getting used to but I really like it. Just had power go out in house and went to kitchen and as I walk by they all lit up. I have bought 8 so far.

I purchased these for use in my basement stairwell. After some home construction, the main room's light source was blocked, making the stairs quite dark and bit dangerous to walk down. I haven't yet decided on permanent placement for these lights, so for now, I simply set them on the top and bottom steps. The magnet provided is pretty strong and the 2-sided tape to affix the lights will make for easy installation and removal when needed. These lights are so slim and lightweight, it's not a bother at all. The motion sensor is pretty sensitive and lights shut off automatically about 10 seconds after moving out of range. They device didn't take long to charge via computer USB either... less than an hour. I showed these to my mom and now she's looking to order a set or two of her own!
Lilith
Love it! Super easy to install. So far I didn't have to charge the batteries. Very good for closets. I recomend at least 4 to have really good light. The sensors function as expected.
It was a struggle to see my clothes in my closet as it's very dark. No more! Really happy with my purchase.
Excellent magnet, slim, sleek and practical.

Motion light strips like this are not new to me. I have used the battery operated strips in several locations in my home.
Up until recently, I had no idea that there were actually light strips that were rechargeable. I found this to be quite an incredible revelation for the fact that nobody wants to bother with batteries and their cost if there is a simple solution to recharge instead.
Two motion light strips are included in the package along with two USB charging cables, a metal plate, and stickers.
The first thing I did was plug the lights in via the USB cables. Initially, the light strip glowed red to indicate it was charging. In a short time period, that glow changed to a green color to indicate fully charged.
Now if you look at the instructions, you are going to be very confused. They are poorly written.
Basically, you adhere a set of stickers to one side of the iron plate. Don't remove the stickers yet. Adhere the light strip to the other side and allow it to magnetically attach. Now remove the secondary adhesive on the stickers and place the light fixture where you want it, pressing down very firmly.
Another issue you may encounter is the motion detection not working properly. I had thought simply turning the switch to ON would put it into motion sensing mode. No, that is not the case. You need to push the switch all the way to the right in "G" mode. That will enable the motion sensing.
I placed my light strip in a closet. Upon opening the door, the light turned on. After closing the door, the light turned off after 20 seconds.
This light strip, while not super bright, puts out a reasonably good amount of light. It's perfect for closets and cabinets.
I have included some photos for you to look at. Please excuse my messy closet.
Bottom Line: Excellent light strip. You can overcome the horrible instructions. Don't mess with battery-operated light strips. You will want this one instead.

Really exceeded my expectations. These come with everything you need to mount them just about everywhere and the motion detection has been perfect for me. We use them under the top cabinets in our kitchen to provide additional lighting on the counters and as use as night lighting for the dark late night kitchen trips. Really awesome. I would consider buying more of these for different applications. I'm not sure how long they really hold a charge, but I've only had to charge mine twice since I've had mine. I don't know how great of an option these would be for an "always on" solution, but imagine if you were able to keep them hooked up to a charger it would be fine.

Pretty sweet. We bought a house with a tiled shower in one bathroom...with no light other than what comes through above the curtain rod. It was meant to have a door, which is fine and will happen, but even then, there probably wouldn't be sufficient lighting, and, being wall to wall tile, I don't want to have to cut through to install a fixture. These lights are great for this. Not only because they are plenty bright for the purpose, but also that they are rechargeable and magnetic, so you won't have to replace bulbs, and I can move them somewhere else if I decided on permanent lighting.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these!
The very old and otherwise very beautiful house I live in has the sketchiest old stairway that I have to use daily. It has NO outlets, and the only light switch for the pathetic light bulb hanging at the top of the stairs, is INSIDE the house... so, either the light stays on all day, or not at all.
Until now. Now I feel fancy as can be with my motion sensor lights that pop on like magic as I walk by! No more being terrified that each step is my last and a precursor to the ER. No more fumbling for keys or spending 3 minutes trying to find the keyhole as my dog goes mad on the other side!
They were easy to install and are plenty bright! As we had no metal on our walls, I used the supplied metal strip as the light itself has a magnetic backing. I simply put the adhesives on the back and stuck them to the wall. I love that I can easily take them down to charge them when the time comes - but after nearly a month of using them, that time hasn't come yet.
What I really love as that these do NOT come on if there's light around them. So, during the daytime, when our hallway is lit up, they aren't needlessly coming on, wasting juice. Probably why I haven't needed to recharge them yet.
This is one of those purchases that has me excited about it EVERY DAY!

These lights work very well for my purpose. I recently remodeled my bathroom and the toilet area is dark. I added a floating shelf behind the toiler and added these lights to light the area when anyone got in front of the toilet. So far, this has worked well. The lights have a good range of motion so they light as soon as anyone gets in front of the toilet. It looks very nice, but I have to add more lighting to the area.
UPDATE 6/30/18:
These lights are still working great as shown in my pictures. With this setup, I have found that I need to recharge the lights only about once every two months. I still love the effect that they have on my shelves. The warm lighting in this area looks very natural and is not at all glaring or hard on the eyes. Prior to these lights, I had tried a set of similar lights that were the cool lighting. The cool lighting for this application was much too glaring. I am very pleased with the effect of these lights for my application.
UPDATE 7/11/18:
I have since added two rechargeable LED lights under the shelves to provide more lighting in the toilet area. Although I very much like the warm lighting inside the shelves to enhance the look of the animals, I also like the addition of the cool lighting under the shelves to brighten the toilet area.

These lights are great. I charge them up once. I placed three in the garage in the work area with the motion light setting. Also one in my closet that looked a little dark. I like the USB charging feature. I applied the magnet plates using the sticky side and then you just touch the light to it and it attaches so they’re easy to take down to recharge but have not had to recharge them yet. I think it’s been about a month and because there motion activated I think the charge is going to last a while.

RECEIVED ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. WAS VERY HAPPY AT FIRST,THEN ONE OF THE UNITS JUST STOPPED WORKING. LIGHT TURNED RED
SO I PUT IN ON CHARGE AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN. I UNPLUGGED IT TURNED THE LIGHT ON AND IT
DIDN'T DO ANYTHING,THE ONLY TIME IT LIGHTS IS WHEN ITS PLUGGED IN AND THEN IT NEVER GOES OUT. SO FAR THE OTHER UNIT IS WORKING PERFECTLY.
RECIEVED E-MAIL FROM SELLER SAYING THEY WILL REPLACE THE DAMAGED LIGHT WITH A NEW ONE. WHAT A PLEASANT SUPRISE A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
I AM CHANGING MY RATING FROM 3 TO 5 STARS.

I have tried many rechargeable led lights like this, and more often than not I have not been impressed, that is until these came along. The magnet attachment option, very sensitive motion sensor and long battery life make these The best! I just ordered another set. I hope in the future they will offer a waterproof option!

This is why taking a couple of minutes and writing a review works. . . based on the reviews I ordered these for my bedroom closets and underneath the kitchen cabinet where I keep my cleaning products, where light from above just doesn't go. My thought was, well if they aren't what they say they are, I'll return them. Happy to say that they really are what people say. Now if bright is what you need, they are not overly so, but I put two of them in my bigger closet, mounted them with the magnetic strip onto the front of the wire shelf and they are wonderful, now I can tell what colors I am looking at (lol), as well as see everything I need to without having to turn every light on in my bedroom and even then I could not see what I wanted to. . .bottom line, they are worthwhile, oh and they work as advertised, I open my bifold doors they come on, I close the doors and within a short time, they are off.

I love these. They're just the right brightness and softness for under my kitchen cupboards. They're well made and feel sturdy. I have tried some that felt like they might fall apart in my hand. These are not like that at all. So far, I'm super happy. I have them on motion, and they're just sensitive enough. I've ordered a few more. I'll come back and post again once I have an idea of charge life.
